The firm has traditionally focused on delivering work in-house for parent company Aitch Group who specialise in developing residential and commercial schemes across the capital.
Aitch Construction is now looking to work with more external clients and the Enquirer understands work will start next year on two schemes.

On Newington Causeway in Elephant & Castle Aitch is set to start work in the first half of 2027 on a 19-storey student accommodation scheme for developer YourTribe.
Work is also scheduled to start next year on a 131-apartment scheme on Millington Road in Hayes. The schemes have a combined value of £78m.
Aitch Construction also runs specialist facade, fit-out and interiors divisions.
